HI, do you have advice on how i can make my nails grow long and not break? Nothing i do seems to work.
My best advice for you is to take cuticle oil, and just before you to bed, place some oil on your cuticle/eponychium and massage it thoroughly. It will help your blood flow circulate and it will definitely help your nails grow. As for the breakage, some people just have weaker nails due to genetics. :( If you’re using a nail hardener, and your nails are still breaking, you’re probably making your nails brittle. Try using a nice top coat and just reapply every few days and then change it completely every once a week. :) Good luck sweets!
